Branding Identity

This CRM logo is for a CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) project to maintain customer loyalty and long-term customer engagement in LGE IR of the Miidle Asia. They are designed based on the LGE Red-Circle and its tagline so that LG's professional and additional services will be provided.

It is set out to create a graphic organising customer service for the LG brand. We wanted to be flexible enough to create communications for a multitude of products. Black and Gold combination obviously make a brand design much valuable. And it is suitable for limited membership customers in IRAN. I suggested the new CRM BI with a guide which gold circles should use with black or darker colour and less use other graphical-gold-colour on the same frame with it, in order to emphasise only the gold circle.
